Managing environments

The Manage environments page displays a list of all OpenShift® Container Platform clusters or virtual machine-based environments that are part of a deployment process.

About this task

The Manage environments page lists the status of the environment records, namely Launching, Running, Not_ready, Error, and Terminating.

Procedure

  1. From the menu, click Manage environments to open the Manage environments page. Alternatively, click Manage environments tile on the Getting started page.
It lists all OpenShift Container Platform clusters or virtual machine-based environments that are part of a deployment process. From the Items per page list at the lower left of the page, you can choose the number of records you want to see at a time. Use the left and right arrow keys on the lower right of the page to go the next or the previous set of results. You can also use the list on the lower right of the page to directly jump to a particular results page.

Alternatively, to find an environment record, search from the Find environments text box.

  2. You can do the following actions from the Manage environments page:
    • You can do the following tasks on an environment record:
      • Click the environment record to go to another page that displays the Cluster details. For more information, see Cluster instance details.
      • From the actions overflow menu of the environment record, click Details.

      • Click Delete to delete a cluster. In the Delete cluster modal window, enter the word DELETE in uppercase, and click Delete to confirm the cluster deletion. If the cluster is marked as read-only in the System management user interface, the Delete option is not available. For more information, see Making virtual system patterns read-only.
    • Click Create to initiate a new deployment. For more information about the steps to provision, see Provisioning accelerators.
