Decimal support

These environment variables are concerned with support for decimal columns.

APT_DECIMAL_INTERM_PRECISION
APT_DECIMAL_INTERM_PRECISION specifies the default maximum precision value for any decimal intermediate variables required in calculations.
APT_DECIMAL_INTERM_SCALE
APT_DECIMAL_INTERM_SCALE specifies the default scale value for any decimal intermediate variables required in calculations.
APT_DECIMAL_INTERM_ROUNDMODE
APT_DECIMAL_INTERM_ROUNDMODE specifies the default rounding mode for any decimal intermediate variables required in calculations.
DS_USECOLPREC_FOR_DECIMAL_KEY
Set the environment variable DS_USECOLPREC_FOR_DECIMAL_KEY=1 so that key columns of datatype DECIMAL use the precision specified in the column metadata.
