Set this environment variable to prevent job instances that have no logs available to view from being shown in the Status view in the Director client.
The purging of status records does not purge any records
which might be required by other starting instances, usually reusing
the records for the first wave. Not purging such records might lead
to job instances that have no logs available to view being shown
in the Status view in the Director client. Set DS_STATUSSTARTED_CHECK=1
to prevent such jobs from being shown in the Status view.
