DS_LONG_JOBSTATUS_LOCK
Set this environment variable to prevent multiple jobs accessing status records simultaneously.
Set DS_LONG_JOBSTATUS_LOCK broadens the scope of the file
lock to include the processing of the required records, not including
their removal. Setting this environment variable might cause issues
such as jobs waiting for a long time to start or update logs.
The environment variable should only be set when requested by IBM support.
