APT_SINGLE_CHAR_CASE

Set the APT_SINGLE_CHAR_CASE environment variable to disable a change to the results of upper casing or lower casing APT_String that was introduced in IBM® InfoSphere® Information Server, Version 9.1.

A change was introduced in InfoSphere Information Server, Version 9.1, to the result returned when upper casing or lower casing APT_String. Previously, incorrect results were returned for few characters in certain locales.

Set the APT_SINGLE_CHAR_CASE environment variable to ensure compatibility with versions before InfoSphere Information Server, Version 9.1.
