IBM Connections support statement

The statement proposes revisions to the definition of "supported" and "unsupported" with respect to the various products on which IBM® Connections depends for proper operation.

SAML 2.0 support

IBM supports SAML 2.0 implementations within IBM Connections on a case-by-case basis depending on your unique environment and deployment scenario. To determine if your deployment is supported, you must coordinate in advance with L2 Support by following these steps:
  1. Contact IBM Support by opening a PMR.
  2. The L2 Support representative will provide you with a copy of the SAML Support Checklist. Answer the questions in the checklist and return the information to the L2 Support representative.
  3. IBM will then evaluate the Support Checklist information you return and determine if IBM can support the specific scenario you want to deploy.
  4. If the scenario can be supported, IBM will provide you with the appropriate SAML configuration documentation so that you can move forward with your deployment.
