Requirements for using MDM and Cloudant integration sample
To use the MDM and Cloudant® integration sample, you must have the following prerequisites installed.

| IBM® InfoSphere® Master Data Management Advanced Edition 11.4.0.0 iFix001 | You must have an operational server that is configured and deployed on IBM WebSphere® Application Server and a database. |
| IBM WebSphere Application Server 8.5 | Verify that you have the following JAR files:

| MDM and Cloudant integration sample | The sample is available from the IBM Samples and Assets site. |
| IBM InfoSphere DataStage® 11.3 | Use InfoSphere DataStage and the InfoSphere DataStage Designer Client to configure and run the bulk data and continuous update jobs necessary for this integration. |
| IBM Cloudant | You must have a Cloudant account. For information, see the related links at the end of this page. After you set up an account, everything that you do with the MDM and Cloudant integration sample is with the data you have in Cloudant. |
| IBM Bluemix™ | You have the option of installing and running the MDM and Cloudant sample service either locally or on IBM Bluemix. If you choose Bluemix, you must have account. |
Note: Installing InfoSphere MDM and InfoSphere DataStage on the same server is an easy
way to set up messaging between the systems. If installed on different
servers, you must set up message routing between the servers.
