Enabling MDM Broadcast Notification

Run the enableBroadcastNotification.sql script to enable MDM Broadcast Notification for the MDM and Cloudant® integration.

About this task

This script must be run for continuous updates to occur. Make sure to complete this task before running the party_trickle_load job.

Procedure

Go to the \com.ibm.mdm.integration.cloudant\sql directory and run the enableBroadcastNotification.sql script.

If partyId is always required to be included in the broadcast, edit the BroadcastConstructor.properties of your MDM deployment as follows.

BroadcastEntity.PersonEntities.showChangedAttributesOnly = false
BroadcastEntity.OrganizationEntities.showChangedAttributesOnly = false
BroadcastEntity.PartyEntities.showChangedAttributesOnly = false
