InfoSphere MDM XML parser

InfoSphere® MDM provides an XML parser for parsing InfoSphere MDM XML as defined in MDMDomains.xsd.

The implementation class for this parser is com.dwl.tcrm.coreParty.xmlHandler.XMLRequestParser.
