Running the batch processor
The batch processor is run using a batch startup script named runbatch.sh.
Tip: For command line help using runbatch.sh, run the following command to display help information about running
batches:
runbatch.sh <-? | -help>
The runbatch.sh script can be used to run four different types of batch jobs:
- Batch jobs with a single input file.
- Batch jobs with multiple input files.
- Batch jobs that are based on job definition files.
- Batch jobs that are scheduled or are part of a job chain in a database.
