Compatibility in Q Replication Version 10.2.1 on z/OS
The Q Capture and Q Apply programs from IBM® InfoSphere® Data Replication for DB2® for z/OS® Version 10.2.1 have different compatibility support depending on the Q Capture compatibility setting and the Q Apply version.
DB2 11 for z/OS requires the Q Capture program from InfoSphere Data Replication for DB2 for z/OS V10.2.1 with architecture level 1021 and works with Q Apply programs from both Version 10.2.1 and Version 10.1 (with ARCH_LEVEL 1001 only).

The Q Apply program on Version 10.2.1 can work with a Q Capture program at architecture level 1021 or 1001 on z/OS, or with a Q Capture program at Version 10.1 Fix Pack 3 on Linux, UNIX, and Windows.
