Configuring Process Tracker to run from IBM Content Navigator

Before you begin

Register the Process applets plug-in. See Registering the Process applets plug-in with IBM Content Navigator.

Configure an in-basket for the tracker queue in the application space that is used with IBM Content Navigator. For more information, see In-baskets.

About this task

Use the IBM Content Navigator administration client to complete this procedure. The exact steps depend on the version of IBM Content Navigator that you use.

Procedure

To configure the Open Process Tracker menu action:

  1. Add the Process Tracker action menu action to a menu:
    1. Copy the Default tracker in-basket context menu action menu and add the Open Process Tracker menu action to the copy.
    2. On the intended desktop, select the new context menu for the Default tracker in-basket context menu menu type.
