TLOG Processor sample

The TLOG Processor samples are a set of customized message sets, sub-flows, message flows, and style sheets that process transaction log (TLOG) data from retail stores. These samples provide sample TLOG input messages that are generated by various IBM Retail applications to test the TLOG message flows. Customers and service teams can customize or extend the TLOG Processor samples by modifying the message sets and flows, or by recombining these components in alternative ways.

NOTE: In WebSphere Message Broker Version 8.0, IBM Integration Bus 9.0 and later, message model schema files contained in libraries are the preferred way to model messages for most data formats, including the new DFDL domain. Message sets continue to be supported, and are required if you use the MRM or IDOC domains. You can continue to import and deploy message sets for use in message flows. However, if you need to create one or more message sets, message definitions, or message categories when using this sample, you must first enable message set development in the IBM Integration Toolkit. For more information, see Enabling message set development . in the IBM Integration Bus documentation.

Click the following links to find out more about the TLOG Processor samples and how to get the prebuilt samples to run by using the wizards. Ignore any warnings that are displayed in the IBM Integration Toolkit after you have imported the TLOG Processor samples.

Use the TLOG Processor v2.2.1 samples if you are using POSLog v2.1 or higher. In the case of both POSLog v2.2.1 and POSLog v2.1.2, transformation of TLogXML and TLogRAW messages to POSLog is not supported. The input message is transformed to POSLog v2.1.
