Data Analysis sample

In the Data Analysis perspective, use the Data Analysis sample to learn how to analyze XML files and use it to transform your data.

The Data Analysis sample demonstrates the following tasks:

• How to create a Data Analysis project
• How to analyze and explore your XML data
• How to create a target model that you can use to generate a subflow. You can use the subflow to transform your input data for further analysis or processing

The Data Analysis Sample also demonstrates a working flow, and another that does not pass validation.

You can set up the sample in the following way:

• Import the sample

  This option imports the Data Analysis project and sample files into your toolkit workspace.

Import time: 2 minutes

You can import a sample only when you use the information center that is integrated with the IBM Integration Toolkit.

Run through the sample

When you finish using the sample, you can remove it in the following way:

• Remove the sample from the workspace
