Required Parameters
- VOLUMEENTRY
- creates a tape volume entry. To create
a tape volume entry, you must have access to RACF® FACILITY class profile STGADMIN.IGG.LIBRARY.
Abbreviation: VOLENTRY or VOLENT
- NAME(entryname)
- is
the name of the volume entry being created.
- entryname
- consists of the character 'V' concatenated with the 1-to-6 character volume serial number. The volume serial number can include only uppercase alphabetics A–Z and numerics 0–9. For example, VAL0001.
