IP Services: Make changes for Netstat enhancements

Description

The Netstat command displays the status of a local host. In each release of z/OS, the Netstat reports can change in ways that can affect automation or front-end programs.

Table 1 provides more details about this migration action. Use this information to plan your changes to the system.
