The timeSync attribute specifies the maximum time difference (specified in seconds) that is allowed between the current time of day (specified in date, hours, minutes, and seconds) on this host and the current time of day on the node of the partner CMIP services.
The value is an absolute value. For example, if you specify 4 seconds as the value for the timeSync parameter, the system time of day can be either 4 seconds ahead of or 4 seconds behind the value received.
The default is 300 seconds (5 minutes). The maximum value allowed is 86400 (1 day).
If a timeSync value of 0 is specified, time-of-day checking is disabled.
