You can change the value of SLUALMSG with the MODIFY VTAMOPTS
command while VTAM is running.

- Specifies that VTAM does not suppress the session setup failure messages.
- SLUALMSG=SUPPRESS
- Specifies that VTAM suppresses the session setup failure messages.
