Specifies the range of the relative amount of route addition resistance (RAR) for each node row. The route addition resistance is used to identify network nodes that are more preferable for intermediate routing compared to other network nodes. A low RAR value indicates a more desirable node for intermediate traffic.

The minimum default is 0 for all node rows. The maximum default depends on the node row being defined:
