Receiving expedited data

z/OS Communications Server: SNA Programmer's LU 6.2 Guide

Expedited data can be received by a transaction program in any conversation state except FDX_RESET.

The following macroinstructions can be used to receive expedited information:
  • APPCCMD CONTROL=RCVEXPD, QUALIFY=ANY
  • APPCCMD CONTROL=RCVEXPD, QUALIFY=IANY
  • APPCCMD CONTROL=RCVEXPD, QUALIFY=SPEC
  • APPCCMD CONTROL=RCVEXPD, QUALIFY=ISPEC
