z/OS Communications Server: SNA Programmer's LU 6.2 Guide

Some of the functions associated with an LU 6.2 application program are used only during startup. They are:
  • Opening an ACB
  • Issuing a SETLOGON instruction
  • Restoring modes and any associated persistent LU-LU sessions
  • Negotiating session limits
