Control operator verbs

The following control operator verbs are not supported:

DELETE: Deletes parameter values, established by the DEFINE verbs, that control the operation of the local LU.
PROCESS_SIGNOFF: Permits a privileged service transaction program to instruct the LU to receive and process one or more Sign-Off GDS variables.
SIGNOFF: Permits a privileged program to remove list entries from the LU's signed-on lists. The control operator uses this verb to maintain the signed-on list.
