Explanation

VTAM® issues this message in response to a DISPLAY TRL,TRLE=trlename,DEVSTATS command when trlename represents an IBM® 10GbE RoCE Express® interface, but the 10GbE RoCE Express interface is not in use by a z/OS® Communications Server upper-layer protocol (ULP).

In the message text:
trlename
The name of the resource that was specified on the DISPLAY TRL command.
