Explanation
 VTAM® issues
this unsolicited message when a HALT or HALT,QUICK command was entered
to end VTAM; however, HALT
processing detected an outstanding write-to-operator with reply (WTOR)
message that is waiting for a reply.  The  outstanding WTOR message
is deleted so that VTAM HALT
processing can continue. 
 In the message text:  msg_num
The message number of the WTOR message that is deleted. 
console
The console ID of the operating system console that is waiting
for the response to the WTOR message.  If the console ID is not  available, ***NA*** is
displayed.

System action
 VTAM HALT
processing continues.

 None.
