If the same VNNAME is defined more than once in the Enterprise Extender XCA major node, the VNTYPE associated with the virtual routing node (VRN) must be the same. In this case, a VRN is being activated with a VNTYPE of GLOBAL, but a VRN with the same VNNAME is already active with a VNTYPE of LOCAL.
