VTAM® issues this message when start_option2, which is required with start_option1, is not specified.
start_option2 is the name of the start option or the name of the start option with its required value.
start_option1 is ignored. Other processing continues.
Save the system log for problem determination.
Examine the VTAM start options contained in ATCSTRxx and verify that the correct options are specified. start_option2 needs to be specified in order to specify start_option1. See the z/OS Communications Server: SNA Resource Definition Reference.
