BER_EMPTY_BIT_STRING

Explanation

A received BER buffer contained a BIT STRING of length zero. The peer system is not encoding values correctly or the syntaxes understood by the two systems are not the same.

Programmer response

Align the syntaxes. If they are already aligned correct the peer application program.
