Operation: Specify the OUTDES command to define a user library for PSF resources.

Known:
  • Name of the new output descriptor: NEWDESC
  • Page definition name to be used: STNDRD
  • Libraries to be searched: USER.PRIVATE.RESOURCE and then GROUP.PRIVATE.RESOURCE
