To rename a member of a partitioned data set, select the UTILITIES
option from the ISPF/PDF Primary Option Menu. Instead of selecting
the DATASET option from the Utility Selection Menu, however, select
the LIBRARY option (option 1).

You then see the Library Utility panel. To rename one member of
a partitioned data set, specify the data set name including the member's
current name in the ISPF LIBRARY fields. Specify the member's new
name in the NEWNAME field, and type
R on the OPTION
line.
