You can use either a WRITE or WRITENR statement, or a combination of both, to send a message to the terminal user and prompt for input. To obtain input after a WRITE or WRITENR, use the READ statement. For details about how to use the WRITE and WRITENR statements, see Using the WRITE and WRITENR statements. |
