If you are adding a service to the Information Center Facility, and the service has no installation files, you probably will need a system programmer to provide you with certain information about the service. Use the sample sheets in Information Sheet for Environments to identify the information you need from a system programmer.

When you are adding a service to the Information Center Facility, you will probably have to define more than one application. Be sure to define applications for a service in the following order:

1. Environments
2. Functions
3. Panels.

If you do not add the applications in this order, one of the applications might require an application that you have not yet added.
