Explanation
This message can only be issued during the allocation
of an existing SMS-managed data set. Generally it indicates that the
user has varied a volume offline and possibly re-initialized the volid
and varied the device online. In a multi-system configuration this
can result in a mismatch between the system UCB and the information
in the SMS configuration.

The data set name

System action
The SMS VTOC Data Set Services request fails.

Programmer response
Correct the situation and resubmit the job.
