THE VSAM EOV DELETE VOLUME REQUEST FOR DATA SET (dsname COULD NOT BE COMPLETED BECAUSE THE VOLUME (volser) PROVIDED TO SMS WAS INCONSISTENT WITH THE JFCB SUPPLIED

Explanation

The volume to be deleted must be the last volser in the JFCB or JFCB extension.

In the message text:
dsname
The data set name
volser
The volume serial number

System action

The SMS VTOC Data Set Services request fails.

This is a system error. Contact your system programmer.
