Explanation
While SMS was attempting to select a volume to
extend the VSAM data set, it invoked the DFSMS Sysplex
Cache Manager to determine if volumes were eligible. The DFSMS Sysplex
Cache Manager rejected at least one volume.

Contact the storage administrator.

Programmer response
The problem may be that the volumes are
currently quiesced for CF caching. Enable the volumes using the VARY
SMS,CFVOL command to allow the extend to proceed.
