code and a reason code.
In the message text: dsname
The data set name.
rc
The return code.
rsnc
The reason code.

System action
The SMS VTOC data set services locate request
fails. Also, the system writes a record describing the error to the
logrec data set.

System programmer response
See message IDC3009I for an explanation
of the catalog return and reason codes. Use the record in the logrec
data set if you still cannot correct the error.
