parameter list or volume list to DADSM.

The data set name.
rc
The return code.
cde
Diagnostic information.

System action
The delete or rename request for the data set
fails. Also, the system writes a record describing the error to the
logrec data set.

System programmer response
Use the record in the logrec data
set, the return code and the diagnostic information to determine the
error.
