An operator STOP command has successfully deactivated the Programmed Cryptographic Facility. All current sessions or jobs using the EMK or CIPHER functions of the facility can continue processing. All new sessions or jobs requesting the facility (using a GENKEY or RETKEY macro instruction) will be rejected.
