Use the SETCEE command to override system-level Language Environment® options. You can modify multiple
options in one SETCEE command; however, there is a limit of 126 characters
per command. You can not continue the SETCEE command on a second line,
each option must be completed in the 126 character limit. To synchronize
the setting of multiple options, use the SET CEE command to use additional
parmlib members.
