To add a signaling path defined through a list structure, the structure must be defined in the active CFRM policy.

To add a signaling path defined in the CFRM policy, issue: 
  SETXCF START,PATHIN,STRNAME=strname
  SETXCF START,PATHOUT,STRNAME=strname
