This parameter identifies the IGGCATxx members to use during the
current IPL. The two alphanumeric characters, represented by aa (or
bb, and so on), are appended to IGGCAT to form the names of the IGGCATxx
members.
The IGGCATxx parmlib members specify catalog parameters
for the initializing system.
