Subparameter definition

jobclass: Identifies the class for the job. The jobclass value is 1-8 characters. The jobclass must be a valid class specified at JES initialization. The first character of the 1-8 character job class name must be a member of the 36-character set A-Z and 0-9. Following the first character, alphabetic, national and numeric characters are supported.
