This JOB statement indicates that the system is to restart execution at the beginning of the job step named COUNT. Example 2
The JOB statement indicates that the system is to restart execution at checkpoint CHKPT3 in job step PROCESS. The SYSCHK DD statement must follow the JOB statement; it defines the data set on which the system wrote checkpoint CHKPT3. Example 3
The JOB statement indicates that the system is to restart execution at checkpoint CKPT2 in the first job step. The SYSCHK DD statement defines the data set on which the system wrote checkpoint CKPT2. Example 4

PAY is the name field on the EXEC statement that calls the cataloged procedure that contains procedure step WEEKLY.
