When using reentrant code the owning ESD of the imported data item must be an ED for class C_WSA or C_WSA64. The binder builds a data descriptor for the reference in the owning class. Non-reentrant imported data is not supported by the binder. RLDs which reference non-XPLINK imported data must be Q-cons (RLD reference type=1).
