Some processing and attribute options are incompatible: Some options cannot be active at the same time with others. In Figure 1, an X at an intersection marks a pair of incompatible options. When both are specified, the option that appears higher in the list is used. For example, if both OVLY and RENT are specified, the module will be in an overlay structure but is not reenterable.
