A 3-bit field (CMPSCDICT_PE_PARTSYMLEN) indicating the number
of characters contained in CMPSCDICT_PE_CHARS. These characters will
be placed at the offset indicated by CMPSCDICT_PE_OFFSET in the expanded
output. This field must not be 0, because 0 indicates an unpreceded
entry.
PrecIndex
A 13-bit field (CMPSCDICT_UE_PRECENTINDEX) indicating the index
of the dictionary entry with which processing is to continue.
EC
Expansion character. The 5-character field (CMPSCDICT_PE_CHARS)
is provided to contain the expansion characters.
Offset
A 1-byte field (CMPSCDICT_PE_OFFSET) indicating the offset in
the expanded output for characters in CMPSCDICT_PE_CHARS.
