FCL: Specify a Filter Criteria List

FCL=addr or (reg)
Supplies the address of a filter criteria list. It is required when ACCESS=READ is specified on the standard form of the macro. The format of the two elements of the filter criteria list is shown in Table 1 and Table 2.
