If you use the REASSIGN parameter, DFSMSrmm reassigns volumes to bins during storage location management processing. See EXEC parameters for EDGHSKP for a detailed description. Use both INSEQUENCE and REASSIGN and specify the DFSMSrmm parmlib OPTION command REUSEBIN(STARTMOVE) operand to maximize reuse of bins.
