Restarting DFSMSrmm

z/OS DFSMSrmm Implementation and Customization Guide

To restart DFSMSrmm after it has been quiesced or to change the DFSMSrmm options, the operator can issue the command specified with a member name. 
 MODIFY DFRMM,M=xx
