-8 (X'-08')	Unable to convert VTOC to standard format, or a volume with the alternate tracks on cylinder 0 was encountered (VSE allocation).
-12 (X'-0C')	Unable to define the new volume to RACF®.
-16 (X'-10')	Permanent I/O error or unexpected CVAF error return code.
-20 (X'-14')	Installation rejected the request.
