You can use the MVS™ CANCEL command to immediately stop the DFM TP in a particular address space. It can also be used to immediately stop the DFM startup procedures APPC/MVS, ASCH, and DFM. If the CANCEL command is not successful, try the FORCE command (see Using the FORCE Command).
